MiG-27 Flogger-D [Russia]
The MiG-27 Flogger-D is a ground-attack derivative of the MiG-23. Manufactured by India under licence from Russia (Soviet Union). The difference between the MiG-23 and this aircraft is its nose. While the MiG-23 has a round and pointed nose, the MiG-27 has a duck-like, sloping nose. The cockpit is also protected by slabs of armour to withstand 23mm cannon shots.
